On April 12th The June Buchanan School’s elementary Grades K-5 visited the Cincinnati Zoo for their yearly class field trip. Students in Mrs. Henderson’s Art classes have been working diligently on their art and penmanship works. Congratulations to the following JBS students for the awards they received in the 2012 Gingerbread Penmanship Contest. There were 109 entries from four county elementary schools. Only 27 awards were given.

On April 3rd, the JBS/ALC Preschool held a fundraiser for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. There were many participants, specifically the children!
