On Thursday, April 29th, Alice Lloyd College hosted its annual Student Work Awards Ceremony and Convocation. The Student Work Awards honors students for their achievements and excellence within the Student Work Program. This year, student work supervisors awarded workers that demonstrated the Purpose Road Philosophy’s characteristics of leadership, perseverance, and dedication.
Following the awards in the Campbell Arts Center’s Roop Auditorium, student workers feasted on a Hunger Din cookout in the meadow before competing in the annual field day events of the work-study Olympics such as water balloon toss, tug of war, and much more.
