Alice Lloyd College is excited to welcome our students back from Christmas break on Monday, January 8th to begin the 2024 Spring Semester! The following contains important information for our students as they return to campus and kick off the new year:
Students may move in beginning Friday, January 5th. Early registration will take place on Friday from 8:30am-12:00pm as well. Juniors and Seniors may register from 8:30-10:00 and Sophomores and Freshmen may register from 10:00-12:00. Students may also register on Monday, January 8th from 8:30am -3:00pm. On Monday, Seniors and Juniors may register from 8:30-10:00, Sophomores and Freshman may register from 10:00-12:00, and registration is open to everyone from 1:00-3:00.
During registration, all full-time students will receive an iPad courtesy of Alice Lloyd College through the iPurpose Initiative. This technology provides ALC students with an invaluable educational tool to help them pursue their degrees. Upon successful program completion/graduation, students may keep their iPads to assist them in graduate programs and careers after ALC.
The Hunger Din cafeteria will open and begin its regular schedule beginning with breakfast service on Monday, January 8th. Classes will begin on Tuesday, January 9th. The Office of Financial Aid would also like to inform students that FAFSA is now live and open. Students must complete FAFSA each year and may click here to fill out this year’s form.
There will be no classes on Monday, January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The Hunger Din will remain open to serve students during the weekend and holiday. Miss Irma’s Café and Concessions will be closed.
