Good afternoon from Pippa Passes! At the time of writing, the Lady Eagles softball team are battling Carlow University in an away matchup*. Later this week the Lady Eagles will travel and play at Ohio Christian University on Wednesday, April 5 before returning home to play against Midway University on Saturday, April 8. In other sports action, the Baseball team will play Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8 at home against Ohio Christian University.
This week, our students will get a day off as we observe the Easter holiday and Good Friday. There will be no classes on Friday, April 7, and there are some other important announcements for students to remember. First off, the residence halls will have no Resident Advisors on duty during Easter Weekend, so opposite sex visitation in the residence is not allowed from Thursday evening through Sunday at 6 pm. Also, the last meal served in the Hunger Din this week will be dinner on Thursday evening. The Hunger Din will reopen Monday, April 10 for breakfast.
Student Services wishes to remind students that there are Resident Advisor positions open in all 5 resident halls next semester. Any interested student should pick up an application in DSC 205 and return it no later than April 14.
Make sure to watch the Latest News section of our website for an article highlighting our April events and convocations. A Faculty Feature is also coming soon.
