In other news, Thursday, April 27th, the Voices of Appalachia will be performing their Spring Concert at 7pm in Cushing Hall. The concert is also the final convocation of the spring semester, so students needing another convo credit must attend the concert.

The McGaw Library has posted extended hours for the weekend so students can utilize the facility to prepare for their final exams. The library will be open from 8am-7pm on Friday the 28th, from 12pm-7pm on Saturday the 29th, and from 12pm-11pm on Sunday the 30th.

Beginning on Friday, April 28th, at 6pm, there will be 24-hour quiet hours in the residence halls and area immediately outside of the residence halls. 24-hour quiet hours will remain in effect through the last final exam on Thursday, May 4th. These quiet hours are enforced so students may concentrate and study for final exams in the comfort of their dormitory rooms. R.A.s will be on duty this week to enforce quiet hours rules. Violators will be written up and fined.
