The NCCAA Mideast Reginal Baseball Tournament begins play on Tuesday, May 10th. Kentucky Christian University will be this year’s host of the double-elimination tournament.
The action commences on Tuesday at 1:00 pm when the #1 seeded Oakland City University Mighty Oaks host the #4 seeded Alice Lloyd Eagles. That will be followed by the matchup between #2 seeded Asbury University and #3 seeded Kentucky Christian University. Based on the outcome of those contests, all four squads will play again on Wednesday. The two remaining squads will play for the championship on Thursday.
The winner of this year’s tournament will advance to the NCCAA Baseball World Series, scheduled for May 20–23 in Kansas City, MO. Kansas Christian is the host of this year’s nationals.
