Greenville, SC: The NCCAA Mid-East Region has released the pairings for the upcoming 2022 Women and Men’s Mideast Regional Tournament.

The women’s regional tournament will be hosted this year by Oakland City University. On Friday, March 4th at 6:00 pm (EST), the #1 seeded Asbury University Lady Eagles will play the #4 seeded Kentucky Christian Lady Knights.

In game two at 8:00 pm (EST), the #2 seeded Alice Lloyd Lady Eagles will play the #3 seeded Oakland City Lady Oaks. The victors of those contests will advance to the championship game Saturday, March 3rd, at 3:00 pm (EST).

The tournament winner will receive the region’s automatic bid to the NCCAA DI Women’s National Championship, which is scheduled for March 16-19 at Lake Winona, Indiana, hosted by Grace College. Alice Lloyd is the defending NCCAA DI Women’s National Champions.

The men’s regional tournament got underway Wednesday, March 2nd when the 2nd seeded Asbury University Eagles faced the 3rd seeded Oakland City University Oaks at OCU. Asbury emerged victorious from that contest, 83-69.

The #1 seeded Alice Lloyd Eagles will now host Asbury University on Saturday, March 5th (7:00 pm EST) in Pippa Passes, for the championship.

The tournament winner will receive the region’s automatic bid to the NCCAA DI Men’s National Championship, which is scheduled for March 16-19 at Lake Winona, Indiana, hosted by Grace College.
