We award the ALC Women’s Student-Athlete of the Week honor to McDowell (KY) native Katie Jo Moore, who helped lead her club to a nice conference victory.
In a 67-43 win over Saint Mary of the Woods College, the freshman scored a career-high 16 points to lead the Lady Eagles to a conference victory in their only contest this week. She shot 60% from the floor and had 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 steal.
The Lady Eagles record is 13-6 and 6-4 in the River States Conference.
