Pippa Passes, KY: On Thursday, October 29th, the Alice Lloyd College Lady Eagles volleyball team played host to NCCAA Mideast Region foe -Appalachian Bible College. After the dust settled, the ladies from Pippa Passes earned a nice 3-0 victory.

ALC roared out of the gates in Game 1 for a quick 10-3 lead and coasted on their way to the 25-9 victory. In Game 2, the visitors would see history repeat itself as Alice Lloyd sprinted ahead 14-3 on their way to the big 25-14 win.

The third game was a different matter as AB battled hard and kept the game tight throughout. Clinging to a 20-18 lead, the Lady Eagles would use a kill and two aces to help change the tide and close out the night, 25-18.

On the day for the victors, freshman Caroline Parsons led in the assist column with 16, while sophomore Adrianna Riley recorded 24 digs.

Freshman Brooklyn Cheek paved the way in kills with 10 while sophomore Callie Richardson added 7 more and led in blocks with 5. Sophomore Jenni Droke brought home 4 aces of the night.
