Pippa Passes, KY: On October 26th, the Alice Lloyd College Lady Eagles volleyball team hosted the University of Pikeville Bears. The home team earned a nice win in 4 games.

In Game 1, the hosts looked impressive as they jumped ahead quickly on their way to the 25-16 win. In Game 2, the Lady Eagles gave a spirited effort and quickly took control. They would continue to pull away and take the contest, 25-17.

In Game 3, the Lady Bears responded with a solid performance. They quickly took the game, 25-14. Game 4 was close, and the visitors were determined to tie the sets at two apiece. However, a determined group from Pippa Passes refused to be denied as they made the clutch plays to seal the deal, 25-21.

On the day, freshmen Caroline Parsons and Kristin Isaac led ALC with 18 assists each, while sophomore Callie Richardson and freshman Brooklyn Cheek paved the way in kills with 14 and 13, respectively. Sophomore Adrianna Riley led in digs with 24, while senior Kimberly Lee had 3. Richardson recorded 7 blocks.
