Alice Lloyd played host to conference foe Asbury College for two contests apiece on April 2nd and 3rd. The Eagles faced extremely strong pitching, and fell in both double headers.{nl}April 2{nl}Game 1 {nl} AC-8; ALC- 2{nl}Asbury pitching held the Eagles to only one hit over seven innings in earning the victory. Eagle Taylor Sewell accounted for the lone hit. Cory Brewer suffered the loss on the mound.{nl}Game 2{nl} AC-2; ALC- 0{nl}The Eagles were outhit 8-1 in the disappointing loss. Devon Pelfrey had the only hit. Will Ray registered the pitching defeat on the mound, despite giving up only two runs.{nl}April 3{nl}Game 3{nl} AC-7; ALC- 3{nl}In a contest that was tight until the sixth inning, AC earned the win. ALC’s Kyle Potter belted a homerun and was joined by Carter Sibley with two hits apiece. Lewis Michael suffered the pitching loss.{nl}Game 4{nl}  AC- 6; ALC-5{nl}In a contest that was tight the entire way, AC pulled out the win. Taylor Sewell had 3 hits to pace the Eagles. Adam Adkins, Carter Sibley, and Devon Pelfrey each contributed 2 hits to the cause. Both of Adkins’ shots were doubles. Gerald Branham lost the pitching battle.
