Eagles Assistant Baseball Coach Selected to Work Summer League

{nl}Alice Lloyd College Assistant baseball coach Jason Stowers has been chosen by the Marion Bobcats of the Kentucky, Illinois, and Tennessee (KIT) Collegiate Summer Baseball League to serve as an assistant under Manager Steve Fowler for the upcoming summer season.{nl}The team will play a 50 game schedule over the course of the 2010 summer. In addition to on field coaching, Stowers responsibilities will include serving as first base coach, and organizing all summer baseball camps.{nl}In regards to this summer position, Alice Lloyd head baseball coach, Scott Cornett commented, “This is a tremendous opportunity for Jason to gain valuable coaching experience. The professional development that he will receive with this club will bode well for not only him, but could offer good opportunities for our Eagle players as well.”
