As the end of the year approaches all of the ALC community is buzzing with excitement. The first week of May is going to keep the students, faculty and staff on Caney Creek extremely busy as they prepare for four graduations.

Early in the afternoon on May 3rd, the kindergarteners of The June Buchanan School will walk across the stage and receive a certificate advancing them to the 1st grade. Later in the evening, the JBS 8th graders will officially become freshmen in high school as they partake in their commencement ceremonies. Two days later, May 5th, the seniors of JBS will walk across the stage of the Campbell Arts Center and receive their high school diploma. All the senior graduates of JBS have been accepted into their choice of college and are excited to begin the next chapters of their lives in the fall.

However, as the JBS seniors begin the chapter of their college story, the seniors of Alice Lloyd College are closing one. At 10:30 in the morning on May 6th in the Grady Nutt Athletic Center, Alice Lloyd College will be graduating its largest class yet. ALC is proud to graduate so many deserving servant leaders and to have had the opportunity to advance them on their Purpose Road journey.
