Pippa Passes, KY: The Lady Volleyball Eagles had a tough matchup against the Lady Knights of Kentucky Christian University. The Knights have ranked very high nationally in the NCCAA division. With this being said, our Lady Eagles put up a tremendous fight but it was not enough to conquer the victory. The Lady Eagles ended the game with set scores of (25-10), (25-16), (25-15). Individually there were many players who fought very hard and played a great game. #14 Sam Sturgill walked away with the most kills on the game closely followed by #2 Lindsay Perkins. #10 Alex Hunter had the most assists, and finally, #13 Haley Smith had the most digs on the night. We are very proud of the way our volleyball team battled in this game and we hope to see more intense and exciting games like this one in the future.
