The Alice Lloyd College Cross Country squad traveled to Midway, Kentucky on November 9th to participate in the KIAC Conference Championship. The weather was cold early, but the sun came out to provide a surprisingly nice environment. What follows is a recap of the results from the men's and women's races.
The Alice Lloyd women’s basketball team opened their season on Tuesday, November 5th, against the Lady Knights of Kentucky Christian University. ALC came out of this one on the winning end by a score of 83-81. The game was played at the Grady Nutt Athletic Center in Pippa Passes, Kentucky.
The Alice Lloyd Lady Eagles volleyball team finished up the regular season against Appalachian Bible College, Clark State Community College, and Crown College. A recap of the four games played at the Grady Nutt Athletics Center follows.
The 2013-2014 Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference preseason women’s basketball poll was released Wednesday, October 23rd, by KIAC officials. Point Park University and Alice Lloyd College were selected by conference coaches to finish in the top spot after both received the same number of voting points.
