Voice Mail Setup Help Sheet

Instructions for setting up Voice Mail:

            1)         Dial 6499

            2)         Key in voice mail extension then press # key

            3)         Key in password ( 8 is the default ) then press # key

            4)         Create a new password (5 or more characters) then press # key

            5)         Retype new password then press # key

            6)         Press 5 then 5 again to record your name

            7)         Press 1 to listen to your name

            8)         Press # to approve your name

            9)         Press 3 to administer your personal greeting

            10)       Press 1 to listen to your personal greeting

            11)       Press # to approve your personal greeting (Enter ‘Y’ to use your personal greeting)

Instructions for checking Voice Mail after setup is completed:

            1)         Dial 6499

            2)         Key in voice mail extension then press # key

            3)         Key in password (the one created during setup) then press # key

            4)         Press 2 to check for new messages

            5)         Press 0 to listen to message

            5)         Follow instructions for deleting, responding, etc.
