Why did you choose to attend Alice Lloyd College?
I chose Alice Lloyd College for many reasons, but chief among them was location. Also, I am a distinguished scholar, so the college's academic reputation appealed to me, and I was glad to know that I could graduate debt-free.
What do you enjoy most about being an athlete at Alice Lloyd College?
Being a student athlete allows me to meet people I wouldn't otherwise have the chance to meet. I enjoy having the opportunity to further my sports career and to stay physically active. I also love being part of a team.
What advantages have you received from participating in the work study program at Alice Lloyd College?
Work-study has allowed me to receive a free education, and it has given me new skills that I can list on a resume.
What advice would you give to incoming student athletes to ensure their success at ALC?
Success as a student athlete comes from being smart, on and off the playing field. Spend equal time studying and practicing. Stay away from things that will derail your train of success!
