ALC Dance Team 2012-13
Dance is available for students desiring an opportunity to be involved with the Alice Lloyd College basketball program.

Cindy Stepp
- Head Coach: Cindy Stepp
Cindy Stepp grew up on a farm in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Public Relations. While a student at EKU, Mrs. Stepp was a member of the university’s Little Colonel Dance Team, serving as captain during her senior year.
- Currently, First Lady Stepp is an instructor at Alice Lloyd College, teaching a variety of fitness classes. She holds certifications as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as in kickboxing and yoga.
Mrs. Stepp lives in Pippa Passes with her husband, President Joe A. Stepp. They have two sons, Clark and Clinton, along with two dogs and three cats.
