Alumni Association of Alice Lloyd College

 

The general purpose of the Alumni Association is to promote the welfare and effectiveness of Alice Lloyd College, through:

·        Strengthening the ties between former students and the College

·        Stimulating the interest and activity of the alumni of the College

·        Preserving and furthering the mission of the College

·        Participating in further development of the College

The annual meeting of the Alumni Association is held at Alice Lloyd College during Appalachia Day Homecoming weekend (the second Saturday in October). 

The Alumni Association Board of Directors generally meet two times a year – in the spring and the fall.  However, additional meetings may be scheduled and members of the Board are active throughout the year as they serve on various committees including the Special Events Committee, Awards Committee, Student Life Committee, Alumni Fund Committee, Nominating Committee, and the Alumni Admissions Committee.
