Alice Lloyd College is a private, four-year, liberal arts, co-educational college, located in Pippa Passes, Kentucky, in the central Appalachian Mountains. Since its inception, the purpose of the institution has been to provide education of the highest quality to deserving Appalachian Students.

Alice Lloyd College provides a tuition-guaranteed education to any full-time student accepted from our 108-county service area in Central Appalachia who is willing to work part-time to help cover the cost of education. Alice Lloyd College is a tax-exempt organization, and gifts are 100% tax-deductible as outlined by the IRS in Publication 526 on Charitable Contributions. Gifts to Alice Lloyd College help students attain their educational goals and ultimately improve the quality of life in Appalachia through leadership service provided by our graduates.
