Alice Lloyd College

Honors Program

ret3 sealAlice Lloyd College is one of the most selective schools in the country, accepting only 9% of applicants. This is because our mission is to find and educate Appalachia’s brightest and best students, graduating young men and women who have the intelligence, leadership skills, work ethic, commitment to service, and strength of character it takes to be the catalysts for positive change throughout Appalachia.

At Alice Lloyd, our students not only learn and grow as intellectuals, but they receive a character-based education that infuses them with a sense of purpose and a vision of what they could do to help others.
