Minority Grant

Alice Lloyd College offers a room and board guarantee for qualified minority students from its 108 county Central Appalachian service area. This guarantee is valued at $9,040 per year and is awarded for a total of 10 semesters, provided that reasonable progress is made toward the completion of a degree. The guarantee is met through a combination of federal, state and institutional grants and earnings from participation in the student work program.
