The ALC Registrar’s Office is located across “The Bridge to the Future” on the first floor of the

June Buchanan Alumni Center (JBAC), and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

 

 

 

Requesting Transcripts

Transcript Request Forms may be printed then mailed to Alice Lloyd College.

Information needed to receive an official transcript:

All transcripts must be cleared through the Business Office before

they can be sent. You will be contacted if you are still indebted to

the College.

 

v     Signature (e-mail signatures are not acceptable)

v     Approximate dates of attendance at Alice Lloyd College

v     Full name (include all names)

v     Date of Birth and/or Social Security Number

v     Complete address where transcripts should be sent (and how many copies) Transcripts will not be faxed.

v     Current home mailing address and phone number where you can be contacted

v     $2.00 fee if this is not your first request for a transcript

 

 

 

Requesting Enrollment Verification

From time to time students may need enrollment

verifications for insurance companies, loan deferments, etc.

If you need a verification letter, please provide us with the

following information:

 

v     Student’s full name and social security number

v     Policyholder’s identifying information if it needs to be placed on the letter

v     Semester(s) for which the student needs verification. We can only verify for past or current semesters—not for future semesters.

v     Company’s insurance form OR complete address or fax number (with an attention name) where the verification needs to go

 

 

 

Course Schedules

Generally, course schedules will be available one to two weeks prior to the pre-registration date in April (for Fall Semester) and November (for Spring Semester).  

Alice Lloyd College does not offer summer classes.

v    Curriculum Guide Sheets

Curriculum Guide sheets for each major and minor are posted here for the current school year. For guide sheets from previous years come by the Registrar’s Office.

 

v    Change of Academic Status Form

This form is for declaring, adding, or dropping majors, minors, or emphasis areas in education, or changing advisors.

 

v    Academic Standing Petition

This form is for students requesting overloads, directed study, independent study, CLEP credit, etc. and for faculty requesting incomplete grades or change of grades.

 

v    Transfer Credit Request Form

This form is used when requesting to take off-campus classes to transfer back to Alice Lloyd College.

 

v    Registration Forms

This form must be picked up from the Registrar’s Office, filled out with your proposed next semester schedule, signed by your advisor(s), and returned to the Registrar’s Office during pre-registration week.

 

v    Program Change Card (also known as a Drop/Add Card)

This card must be picked up in the Registrar’s Office to be used when adding to or dropping courses from the original course schedule.

 

v    Daily Schedule Chart

This is a blank spreadsheet where students can list their schedules.

 

v    Four-Year Plan Chart

This is the chart used to plot a students’ four-year curriculum plan of study.
