Kayla WilsonCircleville, OH:  Senior guard Kayla Wilson rang the new year in right as she connected on 4-5 three-point baskets to help lead the visiting Alice Lloyd College Lady Eagles to an impressive 78-67 conference victory over the Ohio Christian University Lady Trailblazers. The matchup took place Tuesday night.

In the opening quarter, ALC would receive good balance. Seven different players would score as the girls from Caney Creek sprinted ahead 18-8. The hosts would scrap back and close the period on a 10-2 run, but Alice Lloyd led 20-18 after ten minutes.

In the last quarter, Ohio mounted a last-ditch effort as they swiftly cut the deficit to just 12 (64-52) with 8:10 remaining, but two consecutive bombs from Kayla Wilson ended any threat of a comeback as Coach John Mills was able to play everyone.
