We award the Male Athlete of the Week honor to both junior baseball pitcher Levi Martin and freshman pitcher Chase Wozniak.
Martin, a Clinton, Tennessee native, helped lead the club to a 5-4 road victory over the University of Pikeville. In five and a third innings, the hurler allowed only 6 hits and 4 runs. Wozniak, a native of Nicholasville, Kentucky, had a no-hitter until the fifth inning before a few bad breaks led to four runs. He only allowed one hit in an eventual 7-6 defeat.
