Pippa Passes, KY: The ALC Volleyball Eagles gave their fans a very thrilling game Saturday when they took on the Warriors of Appalachian Bible College. The game went to all five sets with the hosts grinding out the victory; 22-25, 25-22, 16-25, 25-17, 17-15. This was senior day for the Lady Eagles and Amber Reynolds was recognized before the game for helping lead the team to a new school record in wins this season.

Individually, there were many players who made this final home game a victory. #13 Haley Smith was a powerhouse not only in assists but also in serving. Both #14 Sam Sturgill and #3 Tiffany McClanahan were dominate in attacks on the game. #10 Alex Hunter had a very impressive 21 digs throughout the five sets while #2 Lindsey Perkins also was a key player with her outstanding blocking abilities as well as several clutch kills.

Congratulations to the Lady Eagles on their final home victory and we hope to continue this victory streak as they play in their final away game November 1st at the University of Pikeville before entering the NCCAA Mid-east regional in post-season action. Good luck the remainder of the season!
