The Alice Lloyd Eagles traveled to Powell, Tennessee to face the Crown College Crusaders on Thursday. In a game the Eagles dominated from start to finish, the Eagles won by a count of 99-68.

In the opening half, the Eagles played solid defense holding the hosts to just 29% shooting. They rode their good defense to a 54-30 lead at the half.

In the second half, Coach JR Hammond was able to freely use his bench while increasing his clubs lead. They maintained their solid defense throughout the game as they limited Crown to just 29.4% shooting for the game.

For ALC (2-2), they were led in scoring by Shane Hall with 17 points. Trevor Tiller added 11 while Austin Crisp and Zac Crawford chipped in with 11 and 10 points respectively.

Dondre Warren ripped down 10 rebounds to pave the way in that department. The Eagles also dominated the backboards as a team: they out-boarded their foe 61-42.

The Crusaders were led by Luke Dalton with 22 points and 11 rebounds.
