When asked about the seniors, Coach Wilson said “Katie McFarland and Shayla Brinegar are two people that come to mind when I think of leaders. Both of these young ladies have shown great leadership abilities on and off the court and will be greatly missed. They both are among the team leaders in several important statistical categories but their value to our team is more than the stats they accumulate. Katie and Shayla are so important to our school and volleyball team and they are certainly going to be missed. I have enjoyed coaching both Katie and Shayla and I know that they will be very successful in life with their future endeavors.”
