On Friday, April 11th, ten students and one adviser attended the annual Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference, which was held on the campus of Georgetown College. The students and the local chapter of Alice Lloyd College performed very well, bringing home many awards and recognitions.
Amelia Johnson participated in a career development program implemented by the National PBL Office and reached the executive level. She was recognized for this accomplishment at the state conference. Also, Allison Holbrook and Amelia Johnson each received a certificate for their Who’s Who in Kentucky PBL nominations.

Allison Holbrook, a junior majoring in Accounting and Business Management, was elected state Secretary for Kentucky Phi Beta Lambda. Ryan Irons and Courtney Crowder also attended the conference. All the students who placed in their events are now eligible to attend the National Leadership Conference in Nashville, TN from June 24th through the 27th.
