Alice Lloyd College Volleyball has been busy building their program for the 2013-14 season. Coach Jolene Watts, at the direction of Head Coach Jason Stowers, has been out on the recruiting trail, searching for mountain talent that will serve to improve the Lady Eagles’ prospects in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. With three big signings recently — Lawrence County High School’s Hali Adams, Prestonsburg High School’s Sadie Slone, and Joy Hatfield of Hancock High School, Coach Watts is confident that she has done just that.

“It is our honor and privilege to welcome these ladies to the Lady Eagles volleyball team,” Coach Watts said. “We anticipate great things from them and expect them to be excellent additions to our squad. Their athleticism and character both on and off the court are what we look for in players at the collegiate level.”

ALC congratulates these exemplary student-athletes and welcomes them to Pippa Passes!
